Introducing CheckMate MBD Functionality for SOLIDWORKS
With the recent release of CheckMate, the CMM & Soft Gauge Programming modules now have the ability to directly access the SOLIDWORKS GD&T (Model Based Definition) information.
When programming with either of these CheckMate modules, the GD&T (often referred to as PMI) that is embedded in the SOLIDWORKS file is automatically used directly in the definition of CheckMate features. This can be accomplished in a pick and click mode (feature by feature) or by automatically populating the CheckMate Programming browser with the entire MBD tree as defined under the DimXpertManager tab.
*As a special promotion to introduce this new capability, Origin is offering a 50% discount on the purchase of either of these modules until October 16th, 2015.
